Keep in mind that pin network pricing was federally regulated, but sales organizations and banks can still add additional fees and discounts.

PIN Debit Network
The following Networks have added pricing for the Regulated PIN Debit Network activity beginning October 1, 2011. Regulated transactions for Issuers with Fraud Prevention will receive an additional $0.01 fee. The only fluctuation in these rates is with the Switch Fees.
